LED Lamp (adjustable for monitors)
You can never have enough light in and around your printer – be it because you want to watch the print with excitement – or because you want to take time-lapse recordings of your prints. There are several LED lamps available that were originally designed to fit on monitors. But the good thing about these is that they are adjustable so they might fit to a lot of 3d printers and are usually powered by USB. So you can just attach them to the top of your printer, plug them into a USB port and be enlightened

Spare Parts for your printer
Imagine printing a huge project on a beautiful sunny weekend. Worst thing that can happen of course is running out of filament – but did you ever think about the need for additional PTFE tubes or another nozzle? Check out what spare parts you have available and stack up all you might need within the next weeks.
Heat Gloves
At first you might think that there’s no need for heat gloves – but as soon as you received your first burn when you tried to replace your nozzle (a process you have to do while the nozzle is heated!) you will regret the fact that you did not yet purchase any. So you should really consider buying some heat gloves – or at least buy some burn ointment!

Needle
Can you remember the last time your nozzle clogged up? Whenever you don’t have any spare nozzle you can at least try to get rid of the clog. There are special needles for this case – at an absolute low price. It definitely doesn’t hurt to have at least one in stock
Super Glue
You should always have some super glue available – not only for big prints or whenever you break something! There are several brands available – you can use regular super-glue which might work pretty good (for PLA). Or try to grab some 3D-Print-related glue which is especially suited for 3D-printed parts.
Smoke Detector (Smart)
There are a few things you really don’t want to happen when you are leaving your printer unattended. The worst thing that probably could happen is your 3D printer causing a fire – you always have to keep in mind that these printers have parts that reach temperatures of 200°C and more. So you should always always keep an eye on your printer, keep any highly flammable items far away but you should also consider buying an additional smoke detector that you can place right above your printer.

If you want to keep your printer unattended while you’re away, you should not buy a simple smoke detector but a smart one instead. These smart home detectors can send you an alert right to your smart phone. If you combine this with a wifi camera, you have a pretty nice setup that can give you some additional security.
Heat Gun
Did you ever encounter stringing or rough print surfaces? Try using a heat gun with high heat and give it a try. you will be amazed how good the results turn out after blasting them with a heat gun. You can also gently heat it to bend it to the desired shape.

Isopropanol & Kitchen Paper
It’s very important to make sure your prints stick properly to your print-bed. Whenever you touch your plate or remove finished prints from the bed, you will leave some fingerprints on your bed. To remove these fingerprints just pour some isopropanol on your cold bed and wipe it off with some kitchen paper. This will remove all residue, especially fat or grease.
